A-Rod On Another PED List
By Ron Rego 1-29-13

Alex Rodriguez finds himself in another investigation. A three-month investigation
by the Miami New Times links a group of athletes to performance enhancing
drugs from an anti-aging clinic in Miami, Fla. After the investigation, they released
the list of athletes that included MLB players and a couple other athletes.

Miami New Times was given records by performance enhancing drugs from an
anti-aging clinic in Miami, Fla. In these records, it showed that the clinic sold
PEDs that included human growth hormones, testosterone and anabolic
steroids. Another fact that is glaring, is that the head of the clinic is Anthony Bosch who has been connected to drugs in baseball before with the suspension of Manny Ramirez in 2009.

The newspaper says that Rodriguez is logged three different ways, "Alex Rodriguez," "Alex Rod," and "Cacique," a nickname. He appears 16 times total. Another name listed is Yuri Sucart who is a cousin of A-Rod. His name frequently appears on the same days as Rodriguez. As we know, Rodriguez admitted to using them, but says he stopped in 2003.

On the list along with Alex Rodriguez is fellow MLB players, Gio Gonzalez (Washington Nationals), Melky Cabrera (SF Giants), Bartolo Colon (Oakland A’s) and Nelson Cruz (Texas Rangers). Other atletes included professional tennis player Wayne Odesnik and Cuban boxer Yuriorkis Gamboa. Both Rodriguez and Gonzalez denied involvement with Bosch and the clinic. MLB has now began their own investigation with the information given
