2012 Top 50 Women & Men

HavenShine is glad to present the top 50 hottest men and women of 2012. The votes were tabulated that were posted by the fans on the site, fan page and twitter along with emails and in chat. We welcome all comments from the fans and hope if you didn't cast your votes this year, you will join us for next years vote.

1: Paul Walker
Star of Fast Five, it was enough to push him to #1. With 3 movies expected to be released this year, he could stay on top.

2. Halle Berry
Halle was number 2 last year and remains there this year. She is a remarkable woman and has aged better than almost everyone on the planet. She just keeps getting better.

3. Jessica Alba
Jessica is just beautiful. She can look like the girl next door, a model, elegant and everything in between. Only 1 movie in 2011, and I am sure she does not want to brag about a Spy Kid movie, and she has nothing in 2012. Could be the end of a top 10 run.

4. Kim Kardashian
She is one of the most recognizable women in the world now. Most people over 40 hate her, but the younger side of 40 seems to watch every moment.

5. Jennifer Aniston
Jennifer still looks amazing and is always busy. She has Wanderlust in 2012 and is already working on 2 movies for 2013. See you again next year.

6. Jennifer Lopez
J Lo had a huge 2011 with a new CD and American Idol. That will continue this year as Idol has her back on the block.

7. Christina Aguilera
Christina has been on The Voice which put her in the top 50 this year. A solid debut should at least keep her in for another year with the voice coming back this year as well.

8. Ellen page
2007 was her break out year with Juno. Since then... Inception and Super with other roles as well. She has 2 movies being released in 2012 ans should remain in the list for years to come.

9. Julia Roberts
Julia has had an amazing career that keeps going and going. The Pretty Woman can still turn heads and #9 proves it.

10. Stana Katic
Stana has made her mark on the list as she debuts in the top 10. She has a soft side and a strong character from the hit show Castle. She should make the list for years to come. What people don't realize, she has several movies to her credit including one to be released in 2012 called Big Sur.

11. Grace Park
Hawaii Five-0 is well represented. Alex for the guys and Grace Park for the women. She has really gained many fans over the past couple years.

12. Shakira
Surprisingly, she is not the top music artist on the list, but she just keeps getting better.

13. Eva Mendez
Eva is always working and she always looks amazing. Three more movies should be released this year.

14. Jessica Biel
Jessica will be on the list next year as she has at least 5 movies being released in 2012 including Total Recall.

15. Michelle Trachtenberg
Movie Star, TV star, she does it all. The Gossip Girl star will gain more and more work in the next few years.

16. Gabrielle Union
She worksa lot and is a great actress. She is one of my personal favorites and should remain in the top 20 next year with 4 movies due out this year.

17. Megan Fox
Megan seems to be working a lot less since leaving the Transformers franchise. Only one movie is ahead and she could tumble off the list.

18. Sandra Bullock
Sandra Bullock is still America's sweetheart and still makes great movies.
 
19. Blake Lively
The Gossip Girl star does her best work on the silver screen. The Town, Green Lantern and coming soon in 2012, Savages.

20. Michelle Geller
Buffy is back with an all new series, The Ringer.

21. Selena Gomez
Selena is one of the top young stars and will gain more and more fans. She obviously has many admirers.

22. Kristen Stewart
Twighlight star Kristen Stewart will have 3 movies released this year including the next Twighlight.

23. Emily Vancamp
This is her second successful TV series. Brothers & Sister was her first, but Revenge has jumpstarted her popularity.

24. Natalie Portman
After a busy 2011, she will have no movies released in 2012. Expect her rank to tumble a bit.

25. Emily Rose
The Haven actress debuts in the top 25 and should stay there for years to come.

26. Olivia Wilde
Olivia exploded on the scene due to House. Now she is one of the most popular actresses in Hollywood.

27. Taylor Swift
Taylor is one of the most popular singers in the world and finds herself in the top 50 again.

28. Rihanna
The Sixth singer on the list as the R&B diva has maybe the best legs in music.

29. Minka Kelly
The latest Charlie's Angel, but with the show cancelled, will she return next year?

30. Katy Perry
Katy is now single again, and many men desire her...And women too.

31. Emma Stone
Emma has been very busy and 2012 will be no different. She will have 3 movies this year including the new Spiderman reboot.

32. Amanda Tapping
The Santuary star was a surprise to be on the list, although I like her, but with Sanctuary not returning, it will be hard for her to return.

33. Rachel Ray
The hottest chef on TV debuts at 33.

34. Reese Witherspoon
Reese will have 5 movies in 2012-13 and should climb higher next year.

35. Emma Watson
This Potter cutie has a chance to expand her talent as Potter has ended. She has 2 movies in the works now.

36. Amanda Seyfried
5 movies in 2012 could catapolt her into the top 20 next year.

37. Cameron Diaz
Her time on the list may be slipping away, but still has the sex appeal that was visable in Bad Teacher in 2011.

38. Kate Hudson
She had 2 movies in 2011, but with none in 2012 she could drop from the list next year.

39. Angelina Jolie
Last year she was number 3. It was a surprise to see her drop so far. With no movies being released in 2012, she may have a hard time staying on the list.

40. Penelope Cruz
She hasn't had many big money movies, but still can get the votes. She had the latest installment of Pirates in 2011, but again has 2 movies that will not be blockbusters.

41. Zoe Saldana
Avatar put her on the map and since then she has been doing some great movies. She has a very sexy look that can be tough as nails (Columbiana). She has The Words being released in 2012 and is working on the next Star Trek.

42. Kate Beckinsale
Kate will have a busy 2012 that includes Contraband and Total Recall. I have to belive that she will be much higher next year.

43. Sofia Vergara
She has been everywhere in the past year, commercials, Modern Family and 3 movies. This year she will be in The Three Stooges.
 
44. Scarlett Johansson
I am surprised she is so low on the list. She is a beautiful and elegant woman. She will have 2 movies in 2012 that includes The Avengers.

45. Maggie Q
She has made some great movies, but is recognized for Nikita on CW.

46. Kristen Bell
She is busy busy busy. 2011 she had Scream 4 plus Gossip Girl (which has 3 on the list). She has the TV series House of Lies and 4 movies to be released in2012. Next year I expect to see her in the top 20.

47. Alyson Hannigan
She has that cute girl next door sex appeal and being on one of the best comedies on TV doesn't hurt.

48. Lea Michelle
The young Glee star is starting to make a name for herself.

49. Carrie Underwood
Carrie has had so much success since being on American Idol. She seems to be always in the public eye.

50. Stacey Kiebler
Stacey has been made popular by being with George Clooney, but believe me, she belongs on the list.

2. Alex O'Loughlin
The Hawaii Five-0 star has been heating up the small screen. Last year at #15, he has become a mainstay in the public eye.

3. Ryan Reynolds
The Change-Up and Green Lantern brought him to number 3 this year. This gives him a top 10 finish in both years.

4. Will Smith
Smith is another two time finisher in the top 10 as last year he was #9. He hasn't had a movie since 2008, so it is amazing he is so high up. Men in Black 3 is due out this year.

5. Matthew McConaughey
Lincoln Lawyer was his big name movie. He also had somelesser known projects in 2011. Magic Mike and The Paperboy are set to be released in 2012. Most likely will remain on the list as he is also a two-time top 10. Last year he was #10.

6. Channing Tatum
Tatum had a huge year and it is going strong in 2012 with The Vow.

7. Ryan Gosling
Ryan had a monster year with three movies... The Ides of March, Crazy Stupid Love and Drive. These movies put him on peoples minds and onto the list for the first time.

8. Hugh Jackman
Hugh slipped from #1 last year, but still stayed in the top ten. He has a couple of movies in pre & post production, so he will make another run at the list next year.

9. Jason Statham
Jason was busy in 2011 and will have 3 movies out in 2012 including The Expendables 2. He moved up from #25 last year.

10. Chris Hemsworth
You only have to say "Thor" and that will get women thinking. He debuts at #10.

11. Simon Cowell
Simon was a surprise to us here at Havenshine, but I guess people do love him.

12. Johnny Depp
Johnny Depp dropped out of the #2 spot last year despite having another Pirate movie.

13. Josh Duhamel
Last year at #24 and we said he would be busy in 2011 and would climb...We were right.This year he has 2 movies to be released and should make the top 20 again.

14. Eminem
If you thought Simon Cowell was an odd choice, then this must be as well, just the other end of the spectrum. He was however #43 last year.

15. Sam Huntington
A rising star from Being Human, Sam will make the list for many years. The question will be if he can break into the top 10.

16. Vin Diesel
Fast Five kept him in the top 20, but could have a tough time next year with no movie releases until 2013. Plus rumors may hurt as well as his age.

17. Sam Witwer
Another Being Human star that may explode with a lot of work in the next few years. He also could be a future top 10.

18. Cristiano Ronaldo
The first of many athletes on the list this year. Last year the top athlete was Tom Brady at #39. This year soccer star Ronaldo debuts at the 18th spot.

19. Jenson Button
The F1 driver makes the list and this means our fans from across the ocean came out to vote.

20. George Clooney
George Clooney had a big year, but dropped from #3 last year and nearly fell out of the top 20. Maybe the women saw his movies.

21. Reggie Bush
Third athlete and another debut. Reggie Bush had a good year, but we wonder if he can stay on the list.

22. Jon Bon Jovi
Last year Jon was #4. This year he slips out of the top 20.

23. Robert Pattinson
Hard to believe he is only at #23, but he will be a mainstay on the list for a while.

24. Brad Pitt
Brad Pitt has seen better days, but he still has the looks to be on the list for a few more years at least.

25. Tom Cruise
Tom had a good year with the release of the latest Mission. He still dropped out of the top 20.

26. Robert Downey Jr.
Sherlock Holmes and Iron Man keeps him in the public eye. The women keep him on the list.

27. Iker Casillas
The soccer star is yet another athlete on the list and the second that graces the soccer field.

28. Patrick Dempsey
Slipped a few spots, but still solid in the top 50. Grey's Anatomy has been good to him.

29. Russell Crowe
Crowe continues to choose roles that he wants to do and women still love him.

30. Denzel Washington
Safe House is his latest movie and Denzel is still one of the best actors in Hollywood.

31. Leonardo DiCaprio
Leo has become a top actor and continues to be a hearthrob as well.

32. Enrique Iglesias
Enrique may be one of the biggest stars in the world and never takes a bad picture.

33. Tim Olyphant
Justified star climbs up from #38 as his show gains popularity and he gains fans.

34. Tom Brady
Tom gets a boost from his football skills, GQ look and being with Giselle doesn't hurt.

35. Kellan Lutz
With four movies in 2011 and another two this year, he is gaining popularity.

36. Justin Timberlake
Justin has been focussing on his acting and it is paying off.

37. Taylor Lautner
Taylor could move past his Twighlight counterpart Rob, but for now he debuts at 37.

38. Chris Evans
Surprisingly Captain America is only at 38. Next year you could see him crack the top 20.

39. Keith Urban
Keith Urban is one of the best country stars today. He debuts at 39.

40. Jensen Ackles
The Supernatural star remains on the list for the second year and should be there for years to come.

41. Sam Worthington
The Avatar star kept busy with 3 movies in 2011. He will continue to work a lot as he will have 2 more this year.

42. Zac Effron
Didn't do much in 2011, but a busy 2012 is ahead and could climb next year.

43. David Beckham
Beckham is always a favorite for women as the soccer star reaches more people than just sports fans.

44. John Barrowman
John slipped a bit from last year, but still had enough to stay in the list.

45. Eric Balfour
Eric slipped in ahead of some others we thought would make it.

46. Tom Hanks
A complete surprise, must be based on acting skills. Would be top 5 if it was an acting contest.

47. Kevin Bacon
Kevin Bacon always seems to be working and is also a surprise. The 40 year old crowd came out and voted it seems.

48. Clive Owen
Clive Owen is aging superbly and continues to make movies as he will have 2 released this year.

49. Bruce Willis
He is aging well, but looks better than he did on Moonlighting. 87% of Havenshine fans just went "Moonlighting?"

50. Simon Baker
The Mentalist continues to be a big hit for CBS and Simon Baker. He drops to 50 after being #46 last year.
